A vibration fatigue calculation is performed on a motorcycle frame. nCode, an advanced software dedicated to durability is used for the scope. The load history in the time domain is transformed into frequency domain by FFT algorithm and used for the calculation. The samplings set for generating the load history and for performing FFT are discussed and a general overview on nCode post-processing capabilities for vibration fatigue results is provided.
